Closed Beta Terms

Daymatter closed beta access is free, invite-gated, and manually reviewed. Requesting access does not guarantee an invite, and invites may be sent in small waves based on fit for the current beta.

Free beta access does not guarantee that future Daymatter plans, pricing, or availability will remain the same.

The product, workflows, design, onboarding, data model, and feature set may change during beta. Features may be added, removed, renamed, reset, or redesigned as the planning flow is shaped with early users.

Daymatter is provided as beta software without a guarantee of availability, uptime, data portability timing, or uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during deploys, maintenance, fixes, or beta experiments.

The closed beta is web-only. Native desktop, iOS, and Android apps may be considered later, but they are not promised as part of this beta.

Use your own invite and account, keep your login details private, do not abuse the waitlist or invite system, and do not use Daymatter for unlawful activity.

Daymatter is a beta product, so avoid adding highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing it in an early-stage planning tool.

You can send feedback by replying to Daymatter email or writing to [email protected]. We may use feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to improve Daymatter without owing compensation.

You can request deletion or export by emailing [email protected]. Some requests may require identity verification using the account or waitlist email address.

These closed beta terms may be updated as Daymatter changes. The effective date on this page shows when the current version took effect.
